BatToEXE:

Converts any Batch file into an Executable using IEXPRESS.

How it works:

Take your .bat file and drag and drop it onto the "BatchToEXE.bat" file. The exe will be created automatically in the same directory.

I converted the copy of the program with itself. It worked! (But the exe file can't convert files anymore...)
